I don't know for sure what transpired but I have been involved in exactly the same sort of reverse merger with another company. The bottom line is this - if you own a listed company that's going nowhere and someone offers to take it off your hands, you'll do it if the price is right. By "the price is right", I don't mean that you're going to make a killing, just that sometimes it's better to take something and move on.

they got some cash and some restricted stock. as far as the assets go, they will either be sold off or bought back by old management. this is just my opinion, i cant recall exactly how it was going to work when i talked to jack. but the bottom line was, it wasnt much and icvi was just a nasdaq transport tool
