Dragonboy - What does fly here? I am now pretty well convinced that you applied for an entry level job at MSFT and got turned down when you could not point to anything innovative you had ever done. Hence your rabid attacks on them for 'lack of innovation'. Don't lose hope, go back and try again. Maybe you can get a job repairing old PC's while you work your way up to a real programming job. <g> PS lighten up, I gave you some good information and I really do like some of what you say. But I'm not doing your research for you...
