Timroy - It's hard to say looking at the chart whether those shares were "sold" or "bought." It looks like the ask when the market closed was $39, so if someone took shares at the ask, that suggests someone bought 250K at the market. Either way, I think the price is misleading; there is no way someone could sell or buy 250K shares after-hours and not move the market tremendously (by more than a point at least). We will have to wait until tomorrow to see.
