My understanding is that the certificates for the conversion of the warrants are in the treasury, so they will not add to the number of shares of common outstanding. However, the numbers in the current float of the common will change around as the warrants are exercised, as will the numbers in the float of the warrants.

I will see if I can find Gabard's post that deals with this question before my "edit" time is up.

If I am wrong, I hope someone will correct me.
