OFF TOPIC Great post on Mr' Kessler's skulls and bones <g>. Seems to be one of those guys that constantly keep federal or nonprofit institutions busy <g>. Imagine somebody claiming to have found "the mind of prez. Clinton" in his backyard reporting his finding to the local "lost and found" deprartment. I'm sure rules and procedures do exist how to handle this important claim. Can't imagine how many tons of paper- & mindwork are actually kept busy with responding to this kind of pranky stuff ! best regards CROSSY
