[Market chat question] Rainier, do I get the impression you think we're in for further declines, and what would you look at for signs of a positive reversal, even intraday tomorrow?

Several issues look to be "on sale" based on closing prices, but I'm wondering if there will be further "mark downs" tomorrow. I almost picked up on SAVLY late last fall/winter in high 20s/low 30s, kicked myself in retrospect (thought it was over priced then) Now its getting back down to a point where it may be reasonable. ALNK is another one, MRVC and ISIP too.

Your thoughts?

[TA assessment request - Titan Pharmaceuticals (TTNP)]TTNP has broken out of the declining trendline, following good news from three cancer vaccines in phase I/II clinical trials, thus the risk/reward picture is materially improved.

I can handle the business case assessment, but I was wondering if some of the "TA heavyweights" would be willing to venture an opinion.
TIA, Scott
