I bought shares today and my broker didn't say anything about cash. He just took the order and gave me confirmation that the order was filled. Maybe its the brokerage firm that you are using. Has anyone ever had a similar situation?

some brokers REQUIRE CASH to be onhand and available for penny stocks... they are NOT MARGINABLE in most cases.. meaning that you
can't trade on loan...

ETRADE is the same way.. any penny stock (non listed stock or stocks
on the OTC:BB) must be purchased with cash IN THE ACCOUNT..

this is NOT a reflection on just EDII... this goes for ALL pennies;
if your broker is singling out certain penny stocks that he'll let you trade without cash.. and others he won't then you need to report
him and/or find another broker.

Does anyone have basic fundamental data concerning EDII?

I checked Edgar and they have nothing. Does anyone know shares outstanding, float, profitability?

Thanks
