Sell Short, Don't sell this one short but go long on this one. I noticed that NPCT had some big blocks of buying late in the trading day as they are about to conclude a major financing which will fund Sigma 7 and allow NPCT to partner with a major who wants to take the technology to production into all 4 sectors of the semiconductor industry. There is a 5 page specicl report coming out of New York late this week profiling NPCT and they are the same group that found DCHT,BNTI and OBJX. They do good due diligence and have a huge following both here and abroad. Go to www.billingtons.com and start looking there and also call 800-828-1866 for more info. I will be watching the market closely this week to see if more large blocks of stock start coming into the market. Only around a 600,000 share float on NPCT. Chad Beemer
