What you will see is primary and fully diluted earnings which are equal until the strike price is reached and in this specific case, where the number of these initial warrants is minor compared with the outstanding shares, no material difference in earnings (fully diluted versus primary) at any stock price likely to be achieved.

Exercise price is just striking price, same as stock options for employees with different striking price. Both if issued is counted as diluted bases for earnings. CCUR did reach $5, a new high briefly, a few days ago.
