Druggist, what modem were you using before, and what was connect
speed? Is your ISP V.90 or x2? IF x2, your speed may be "more
perfect" after your ISP switches to V.90. Happened with my brother.

Pretty cool overall.. works great so far.. most of the time
connecting at 50.6 K ...

Do you see a big difference in response time
from your older modem to the 56K? I'm not talking
about how many bps, but just the general feel
of maneuvering around cyberspace.
