And to further this, Dave, as James says, DONT "sell" the Warrants, "convert" them!! I think Kurt and Jimbo are making the same point. We need to annihilate the warrants by buying the W. and converting them to common as fast as we can. This will in turn help the price of the common, and therefore the P by reducing the warrants that the MM's can play with.

Dave..

the main point is to exercise warrants you
already own or to buy and exercise going
forward from here as long as MIDL(ask) minus
MIDLW(bid) is greater than 0.50...
Don't forget that we are truly funding our
company when we exercise the warrants..
they get the $$$ and they need them...explains
why they force the conversion after 10 days
trading above the threshold price..

Also will eliminate the primary source of common
selling...

So....
