Margaret, Another Support story that actually happened to me while I was on Staff and Faculty at the Military Academy, West Point, NY: As most people know, the cadets at the nation's military academies take only the 'best of the best' that are available. So you can imagine my mirth when I had a cadet tell me that he could not read the data on his diskette that he had put in the machine. When I investigated, that is exactly where I found the diskette - in the machine. He had slide the diskette into the slight gap between the diskette drive and the case - not into the drive itself! Margaret, Those are pretty cute stories, But I think the one we had was a classic. Remember I told you about the guy who called to find out how to shut down the computer because a wrecking ball had just crashed threw the wall. I sure hope he got a raise for being more worried about the computer than himself. I just sent off the e-mail. I hope your able to read it. I messed up and didn't save the family one.
