I am referring to the land EDII owns, if they hold the mineral rights and if the rumor of the biggest find in the West in 50 years is true and if large deposits reside underneath their land, then we could be talking about a sale for untold millions coupled with an overriding royalty interest which EDII would retain providing huge income for years to come.

If they only own the land with the mineral rights severed, it could still end up being a bonanza, although of much smaller degree.

Someone posted earlier that the land itself was now worth $10 million, up from the $1.8 purchase price. That post implies that the EDII only owns the land. But who knows, someone should get a definitive answer in the morning.

The answer to that question will tell us if we have a 5 to 10 bagger or a 100 bagger
