GaBard...great job...how about a simpleSTRATEGY statement? I think the people that don't get it, will never get it, so maybe we need to spell out the strategy that would make the most profit for all of us longer term investors in MIDL, W, or P.

Something like:

We need to get all 3 trading entities in balance without tanking the common, so....here is what we do....

1) Buy the Warrants for now and convert to Common asap for 50 cents per Warrant. . We will let you know when. This will keep the MM's more honest. It is important everyone do this or we all lose some value on our investment and perpetuate the short selling of the common by the MM's and covering by conversion of the W's.

2) Buy some of the "P'" as well, especially if you like the stock long term. It is still a great deal.
While it appears that the dividend is no longer available in 1999 if you did not buy by today, you still get 35 shares of common on Oct.1, 1998, for each MIDLP you buy.

3) The MIDLW's are a great deal too, and give you excellent leverage.....just remember to convert these to common as soon as it is possible to do so for 50 cents

OTHER INFO GARY.....what else should people do? You can best advise. Please keep it real basic and simple...so we can help everyone understand what to do if they are newbies....thanks!

THE MAIN THING IS TO EXPECT TO HOLD FOR THE LONG TERM

PS-- Is it true that it is too late to buy the "P's and get the dividend? It appears so, since that may be why the P's went back down today by the close.

What could be the repercussions of selling common to buy MIDLP?
