John-- I think you're correct in the true sense of internet telephony--it basically sucks, but it's cheap/and/or free. But what I like in the release is the empasis on the faxing. Who cares if your fax takes 3 or 15 minutes (especially when you're only paying for the first minute) just as long as it gets to its destination intact. This, IMHO is the key to this service. How about some of these press release/fax services that operate (how about ADGI's own fax service) they could all benefit from these somewhat slower but hugely cheaper rates. Just some thoughts, Mark
