The ramp of the facility is the problem not a specific part. IDT has not been able to produce large quantities of either the C6 or now the C6+. The reason the stock price is low is that IDTI missed their plan to produce parts last quarter. That was a disappointment to analysts and stockholders and hit the bottom line.

I give management high marks for getting IDTI on the right path. But results speak for themselves. Hey, I'm long on IDTI once again and expect it to move up nicely before the end of the 3rd quarter.

Judging form the trading action over the past few days, what is driving the price lower at this point is the selling by the small investor, not the institutions. The price already reflects the "failure to communicate" how long it would take to ramp production. I just hope that we don't get more push-outs and disappointments before we see solid results.

You are right that IDT has much in the pipeline but the same argument was there 2 years ago. Fusion tech missed the boat. Tech moves so fast that IDT's pipeline may become "rusted and clogged" before anything is able to see the light of day. What eventually matters is that their R&D money produces products that sell in the market place and end up justifying the money that went into R$D. So far IDT hasn't "emensly" benefited from their R&D. But time will tell.
