Brad,

Do you know what the partnership arrangement/J.P. agreement is between
Royal West and Jones Naughton in regard to commissions or royalty split agreements? I am trying to get a bit closer to the revenue stream for JNNE. Seems to me there are several players, as you stated, and JNNE appears to be on the end of the food chain for these potential revenues. I am just trying to get some clarifications so that I understand a little better what the relationships are. It would be helpful to know if JNNE is taking a lead in the Joint Partnership with Royal West for the Costco - AmeriNet agreements or if they are a passive partner in the deal. Do they split commissions or Royalty revenue equally as joint partners or is it on a percentage basis, based on amount actual involvement.

Your thoughts are most appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin

Yes brad...i have this one. I justed wanted to hear it from the president of Amerinet...that would be the cement...especially when
it comes to future deals...

Do you know why Royal West needed JNNE...or visa versa....?
