Bill: Good try but that is not the article. Perhaps it is available only in hard copy. It is on page 76 of the Electronic News March 11, 1998 edition and the headline reads "Ultratech's Dilemma."

The semi-equipment stocks are in a free fall. SFAM preannounced after the close. AMAT is announced a one time charge to cut costs after the close. If you are a long term investor, I might buy UTEK after the short interest is announced. If shortie is still in this stock (and I know at least one who still has a big position), then I might bite. If he has left to a large degree, I am not so sure. Quite frankly, I am more interested in the large cap semi equipment stocks (TER today) which are coming down to a level not seen since the winter. I would buy there before I would buy UTEK.
