Momopoly = "Successful Company"?

RE "The wishy washy arguments the DOJ is using could be applied to *any* successful company, and that is what is truly frightening. "

Is this a case of a successful company in the usual sense?

Putting preliminary sound bites by the parties aside, I am sure we are all eager to see the DOJ's evidence to support the cases against Microsoft, as well as Microsoft's response to any specific allegations of substance.

Alan -
good points, but don't forget about those other 'open' architectures, how many OS choices do we have on AS400, RS6000, HP's PA-RISC or the mainstay of corporate america, the S390 mainframe architecture? All are the same - nada, zilch, you get one choice.
