Tokyo VD, you seem rather sure of your information. Are you allowed to divulge its source? Do you have any facts aside from the probable outcome of a law suit? I saw a post on Yahoo stating that the General Counsel for ONCO has resigned. Is this a comment on the validity of that suit? You have posted that LNET has run out of cash, and is deep into its line of credit, do you mean to state that LNET does not have access to the capital markets? Their EBIDTA looks OK. A quick comparison of ONCO and LNET appears to me to be not very different. On a quick ask-around in the lodging industry, I find positive attitudes toward LNET management, and negative attitudes toward ONCO.(The sampling may be unfair.) Certainly the compensation for Kavner is way out of line with his results. Why the bonus? Why the option package? LNET appears to be growing, while ONCO is shrinking on the basis of rooms served. You claim to have a grasp on fundamentals. Do me the favor of a brief analysis. Thanks, Keliven
