At the risk of being flamed:

On the warrants, what is the "recall" and why would we fear it? If we convert there is nothing to fear anyway right? Not to mention "it's the right thing to do"! I'm sorry if the question was answered already. I think I understand perhaps recall is just another term for the 2.50/10 day ceiling or the 2001 date?. Please clarify, I'm such a newbie! damn newbie!
