Chris..Sig has a gourd and its never wrong about Dell..Sometimes the timing is a little off but it still works great ..Dell may go down but its a tech issue..There are some nervous investors out there and a little correction may clean the road for future highs..You can give credit to the charts but what about the rest of the market..Hmmmmmm
