On DELL, it's more a matter of the speed of the drop rather than the downside target. P&F shows supply and demand and does not indicate when the downside (or upside) targets will be met. You posted a three day timeframe for DELL's drop, possible given DELL's 3-5 point intraday volatility.

Much depends on the overall market, nevertheless, I still expect DELL to show trading support at 77-78 near-term. Note this is not the kind of market to trade just by the technicals, emas not withstanding.
