Sorry to disappoint you, but no I'm not Ted. However, I'm not into getting into a pissing match with you. As for your reference to why I don't have any information about me here it is: I don't give my information because it's irrelevant to whether or not Palomar or by that matter, any investment I like or hate is worth investing in. The fact that I went to college and got a degree should mean nothing to you. It means nothing to me that you are a marketing major. Are you suggesting that I should believe someone who has the same hobbies as me? The bottom line is I make money doing this. And I hope you do to. I do this by taking all the information I can gather (SI and other sources) and hopefully make an informed decision. It matters less to me if Ted is a short or a consumer. He brings up valid concerns to me. When I have concerns I do my own DD. I make my decisions on that. Right now, I have no faith in this company's management and would not put a dime into this stock. Thats not to say if things ever turn around,I wouldn't consider getting in. It's just that there are hundreds of better stocks out there now.

David,

These are the same, tired old allegations and insinuations that folks used last year to try to discredit me, without much success. I am still here, providing information and commentary.

<<It matters when someone lies.>>

And your proof that I am a liar is ...?

<<Why say your only interest is "as a consumer" if that's not true?>>

It is true! Search for my name on the internet, especially USENET via DejaNews, and you will find my many posts sharing information with consumers from all walks of life, regarding lasers and other hair removal methods. These go back to Jan,97. I did not begin to post to investment boards until Mar'97. I also help many consumers who contact me directly by phone or e-mail. Not long ago, I helped a consumer recover over $5,000 that had been spent on laser hair removal treatments that did not live up to expectations. I have also filed numerous complaints with various regulatory agencies.

<<One lies for a reason. Usually to cover up something. Speaking of which, are you the same as Ted M.? I notice you don't give any information about yourself in your SI profile. What are you afraid of? Would your e-mail address be the same as his?>>

I am not K-Man.

<<When someone carries on a year long (or more) crusade against a company, there's a reason. I noticed that he even posted about a company PMTI owns (Nexar) which has nothing to do with the laser hair removal process which Ted claims is his only interest in discrediting.>>

My "crusade" as you call it, is not specific to PMTI. I have made similar posts to MEHL, TLZ and ESCMF boards. The message is simple: You will not profit from products that offer poor value for the money. Thus far, I have been correct.

<<I can deal with admitted shorts or longs but not cons!>>

You have conned yourself!
