Zenit 3SL (Sea Launch) status wont be known for some time. Normal pad time for Zenits are advertised as being on the order of 2 weeks. The ones (two) for Sea Launch are going to be placed on the ship for sea trails during the trip from Norway to Long Beach. The Sea Launch Commander is due to leave soon and arrive in Long Beach during July. The Odyssey, the oil rig converted to launch platform, arrives Long Beach in August. The 3SLs are 3s launched on Sea Launch. The 3s are 2s with a Proton Block-D third stage. I dont know how much real difference (as far as processing)there is between a 3(or 2) and a 3SL.
There is a 2 launch before the G* of July, but Sea Launch is scheduled for late October.
