That's not what I meant, I understand the math, I'm not an idiot. I'm a civil engineer and have taken more math classes than you will ever dream of. My point was, down the road when the merger happens they will have to set some type of ratio as to how many shares ESVS and ZULU are actually worth. If ESVS drops and ZULU goes up, the ratio would seem to be in the favor of Zulu investors. That is my question.
