John:

Wayne, like many people, has limits, comfort levels and other extenuating reasons for posting or not posting here. Those that have been here a long time have a feel for where Wayne is coming from, and can understand and accept his decisions and actions.

Wayne's agenda (IMO) is an investor following what he feels is right, molding and re-molding his decisions as a situation evolves.

Hello! John,

I read your posting directed at me.

First off let me suggest that your posting was well written and clearly expressed--I do not feel that you should continue to be a lurker as you indicated---you have firm opinions and I feel would have much to offer and give other posters much to consider and contemplate.

You mentioned on your posting that you are not nearly as experienced in investing as me! I can't comment on that , because I do not know your track record regarding your investments-from my side I have made many investment decisions that have lost my hard earned money!

You addressed several questions to me on your previous CVIA Posting so in the spirit with which they were made I will attempt to address your questions.

John you asked me, " Why ? Wayne, when things start getting a little tough, do you find a way to exit from a stock and/or cease your support for the thread."

John, you mentioned that you have been basically a lurker! Why? Most likely because that was your choice!

I would say if you go back in time over the over 700 postings that I made on the CVIA thread and the time I invested ( yes as well as the money---countless hours of typing, phone calls, etc.)-all the opinions etc, that I shared with this thread , through all the times when CVIA had not a single contact for a merger candidate--to say I exit when things get a little tough?--To that the only way I can respond is you are entitled to your opinion!-And I would suggest that you try one of these from the start one time-and that first hand experience including all the time, and patience invested, and all the bashers and naysayers slamming you everytime you try to bring some positive mood to the scenario!-Not an easy task!-But! Where I 100% disagree with you, is that I exit when things start getting a little tough! WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!--I exit when they start getting ridiculous
and when I get the impression that my comments are no longer of any value!----I will not support negative slammers, bashers, cursing and swearing or other wise on public threads, or personal attacks on people just sharing their thoughts in a courteous way!

You asked me why am I back here if I am not a CVIA Shareholder?
Good Question! First if the compensation package does develope I may in fact still be a shareholder and am not yet aware of it!

Secondly! The only reason I made the last posting that I did make on this CVIA Thread is because I was responding to Rock Chalk who indicated that he felt certain individuals by name were bashing my name! Since I felt that Chalk Talk had mistakingly pointed the finger at the wrong people I felt justified to set the record straight! ( Remember! I do not support people that bash other people-unjustly and without cause!)...

You also requested some insight as to what my agenda is in posting here? Well, I already explained why I posted here the last time I posted on this thread-and now since you made a posting directly to me asking me if i am out here-I guess the most obvious insight I can give you as to why i am making this posting is very simply put--I am being courteous and responding to your posting and questions!

In closing , you have made it loud and clear that I should not be posting here! I will do my best to accomodate you!

Please understand that I only made this posting to answer your questions!

You are correct that I am not at this very moment a CVIA Shareholder
( to the best of my knowledge--re: Shareholder Compensation Program?)
but I think my shareholding status might very well be changing in the very near future!

I was sorry to hear that I did not meet up to your expectations-all I can tell you is that I did only what I can! That simple!

If one day you have the opportunity to put yourself in my shoes in the situation I have experienced from this CVIA Saga ( or otherwise) you may have a different impression of what one goes through or feels when exerting such focus and energy and committment!

As I do not plan on posting on this thread in the future( always subject to change my mind!)----in efforts to honor your request and others-----I do want to say that I wouldn't necessarily right off the
efforts of Jack Arnold just yet!--I know most of you will think I'm right off the wall-but time will tell! Hopefully for the good of all one day I can say I told you so! (JMO!)

Well that was long winded as usual! But! Not to worry the problem is fixed!

Best Wishes to your future Investment Endeavors!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

What. . .? You have to be a shareholder to post here? I think not. JimA
