You seem to be saying that it's OK for the gov't to screw over a minority as long as you have reasonable assurances that they won't come after you. That's dispicable.

Uh huh. Despicable is as despicable does. I'd say that little line is a cheesy debate trick. I'm making fun of the "first they came after. . ." line. Another stupid metaphorical analogy, more offensive than most because of the obvious German association. The oft floated idea that holding Microsoft to antitrust law means that all software will be regulated is ridiculous. The only thing I can extrapolate out of it is that any company which leverages a dominant OS position to "cut off the air supply" of a competitor in a particular application may find itself held to account under antitrust law. Something to worry about when the next dominant OS shows up.
