NO, it is the gold that counts. The story counts only in the short term, I am looking for more than a $1 per share. I may be looking in vain, time will tell.

Mary Erickson is the only current management member who is named in the SEC complaint. She has at least 3 million invested in MINE and could have bailed when the previous management was removed, she did not. Remember, the SEC has to prove intent to make their charge stick, I think she is a money lady who may or may not have been aware of the the rest of the boards intentions and or actions.

Then again, the past pres. has his own lawsuit pending against the CA mines original owners so maybe none of them are rats of great magnitude.

What a soap opera, and with the government involved, it is going to run for many seasons. { : > ( :-------{

MICAPP,,,Even the SEC is somewhat wrong about their claim...But you will get a chance to find out the real story in the future.

Funny thing,,,,After Dougs' 144 registration on 3/27, there have only been two others. 5/1 for 250,000 shares and 5/22 for 50,000. I would have thought that there would be more. ( This is good! )

Soros,,,About that thread you started,,,Have you no dignity?
