Ernie--

Last year a company I am involved in filed for full Nasdaq listing in June 97. The rules on one item were changed in August of 97 and they lost out. That rule change required $11.0 million in "tangable assets" , which they didn't have. I note in the nine months ending statement of 12/31 that we have a total of $19.4 million in assets , however I can't determine if we have the $11.0 million in "tangable assets". Can anyone help in this regard?
