Paul Engel. Re: "...newer, faster, LAN chip." Thanx for posting that information. Intel's execution, once again, is awesome. Do you have any ideas about which competitors get hurt by the arrival of this new piece of silicon? In the NIC card area, I assume it's 3Com.

Also, this seems to fit with Intel's strategy to get a bigger piece of the PC pie. Yes?

Intel investors and any proponents of free enterprise need to vigorously protest this attempt by government agencies to manipulate and control the marketplace. If they succeed in destroying Wintel, we can kiss this so called "miracle" economy goodbye.
