I think it got put off until all the reports are ready. Needless to say, there has been a delay....they have been kind of busy..LOL

Last I heard, there was a big party planned there, when and where ever they do have it.

There is no shareholder meeting until there is a shareholder call which will accompany the 10K which is being finished up .... They have a lot to do with that 10K and it is taking a bit longer. which is why they filed the 10NTK (Non Timely) K = filing delayed

and yes with a reverse merger the symbol and name chane is normally what happens.
