I am quite confident as to their legal counsel on the patents. Actually, in talking with someone at the company yesterday, I brought up the issue and they kinda said "huh?"

Why? Probably because they are inundated with a lot of other issues at the moment that can be very positive for us, I believe.

So the patent issue is NOT the first and foremost thing in their minds, nor should it be.
