Question about buying pennies. The way I understand it the first 5k are a flat fee, then 1 cent a share for all shares above 5k. If this is the case how can anyone buy stocks trading at 1-3 cents. It wouldn't make sense. Been reading these threads a long time but have very little invested right now. Hope to do a little buying soon.
