The 200-day moving average support for OTC is 1686. The next support is 1650 which was a key resistance for the October-January correction. There will likely be a shakeout below that point.

The news media will search for rationale for the drop. But the momentum of the decline is just caused by investors bailing out because they are losing money. When the indices break the 50-day mov avg, it indicates that the average investor has made no money for last 3 months and is starting to lose money.
