I'm not a shareholder, but just doing DD....gotta shake my head & wonder why the double team effort of Catlady & jhild. DO people really have that much time on their hands to bash a stock they DON"T like???

I usually don't have enough time to follow stocks i like, nevermind, don't like...amazing.

I have reviewed the Florida filings for incorporation and I am relying on the Release to the effect that CSHK says it purchased AR Brooks in September of 1997.
