I think you are either in short of the capability of logical thinking or the IQ is under 60 !!!!!!!

Well, you're only off by a factor of 2.4. I'm sure we disagree as to the direction.

The Microsoft Memos go directly to the issue of motive and intent. With them, you can show that the actions were intentional, as opposed to incidental. Its fairly useful in building a defensible case.
