John you have most of it. I would add you probably didn't even think it was worth mentioning but I would add that Lidakol was a Lidak project came out of Lidak scientists and was worked on by Lidak scientists and MBI has no reason to think they own a piece of it. None. The Katz patent is properly assigned to Lidak. So I don't think their are very concerned with litigation lately like dirt its all falling off them and onto Katz and Stein. Stein is by newspaper accounts broke and the thougth of getting his mittens on Lidak's cash was a big part of his game.IMO. more later regards luis
