To anyone as slow as me. You all may know this, but I din't. I have 2 phonelines coming into my house, the only reason being,I spend far to much time on this damn computer and run a business out of my home,so can't keep my primary line busy. I just found out that Bell Atlantic offers voice mail/message recording services here in Vt. The cost is $3.95 or $5.95/month,depending on how many messages you need saved on Bell's end (7 or 30 messages). The bottomline,I can get rid of one of my phonelines, saving $30. If one is on the computer(line busy),the caller is automatically routed to the message service, thus no lost calls/lost business.Hope this is of interest to those like me,"not in the know"<vbg>..DD
PS: you can record a message, just like you would your answering machine..Hey,you know...a penny saved...can be spent on a penny stock<lol> or something like that<g>
