Brady good points made .Cunningham asked the question will this help ZULU in its conversion in a merger and that answer is yes.This will also help put more shares on the market with potential new investors if any one sells their shares.Investors then find them selfs in the middle of a merger .This creates more buyers for ZULU stock as well.

He sits by his computer, the glare from the screen bathing his face with internet jargon. He watches. He waits. He listens for the chimes that could indicate that news is out and the "zulu-shuffle" is finally over.

Alas, the seconds have ticked down to the last precious few for him. He now concedes that he must get in the shower or risk feeling the harsh tentacles of the unemployment line.

tick, tick, tick.........
