You're a poor lawyer if you couldn't block the admission of those tapes. Especially given the fact that they were obtained illegally. My assertion that it was illegal to tape them has been backed up by your own admission. That they wouldn't be admissable in court depends on the judge and the lawyers and is an opinion. Its pretty well backed up by the fact that they were obtained illegaly. Or are you going to assert that judges never interpret the law? (That's all they do.) I don't know why you keep making things up to try and claim you've "trapped" me, but its is not very effective. Can we talk about Loral now? Dragonfly
