Angela:
What is this W-9. Why do you need to send it out to share holders?? Being Canadian, do I need to fill one out?? I thought, my brokerage firm will take of this?? I believe my shares are held in street name. How will the company know to send me the shares and royalty payments???
Thanks

Stevie

So where's mine?

Actually, I suspect if it was sent out, it was sent to the broker -who has always promptly forwarded such things to me. Incoming dividends and other credits have always been promptly forwarded as well...

Angela,

I hope you got my private message. I still have question about all the other stockholders. Are you getting W-9's for all stockholders or just the ones on the thread ?

I am looking at two letters that I received from NIAR. In one envelope was a letter from NIAR explaining the stock payout starting in August , 1998. Also in that envelope was a report from IRAE (Joey DiFrancesco)stating it was a progress report on a trip to London. In the other envelope was a notice of the Annual meeting for IRAE (Joey DiFranceso). Both these letters had the NIAR return address, not the IRAE address. They were addressed to me exactly like my stock is registered with my broker. It would seem to me that an honest and upright company would have a list of all the stockholders and would send them out to all stockholders, not just posters on the SI thread.

Something is wrong with this picture.

Regards,

Ken
