Short sellers provide liquidity and help balance the extremes both ways. Without short sellers NEOT might have gone to 25 or 30, likewise, it would see lower lows at the end of the parabola than it would without the short sellers to step in and buy the stock. Aside from that, wht exactly is it that you think longs "contribute to society as a whole or a company as an individual entity"? Who do you trust?<<< Each side about equally, that is to say, 100% as long as I can verify claims through an independent source, and 0% if I can't. If you really think that longs have some kind of moral authority and never lie to make money, you've got to open your eyes. There are way more (perhaps by a factor of 10) people that will fib to you to get you to buy long, than who will to try to "scare" you out. NEOT isn't a "short to zero" for me, I'll probably be closed out of this position before the month is out. I do hope you make money long term. Barb
