Why do they need to do an acquisition before they can start to sell gingseng to china????Why dont they just find a distributer and sell thru them?????The asian stockmarket crisis has caused the delay in closing the deal...What is that supposed to mean????? Please explain how the Hang Seng Index the Nikkei index and other Asian exchanges affect the RMGG's ability to do this deal..

Gator,

Your message caused a couple of questions to RMGG that I have received some information that should help clear things up. Obviously, the best thing to do would be to call RMG or e-mail them to have your questions answered in the most qualified way.

To quote from an e-mail that I received, "WE DO HAVE all the approvals required from the Chinese government. We have sent, today, a substantial deposit toward this purchase. Once this purchase has been completed, we will be issuing a news release via a newswire service, e-mail and mail. And, of course, you will definitely be receiving a copy via e-mail."

Hope this helps.
