Neuro, I respect your opinion about the eventual results of the trials, and thanks very much for posting.

However, at some point, isn't it appropriate, realistically speaking, to blame IPIC for shooting itself in the foot about the way it conducts its trials? What is the mechanism that is malfunctioning here, anyway?
