SURG ... Oh I have been thinking about this TYCO of US Surgical and the impact they may have on SURG. I personally am extremely encouraged by this news since Tyco International represents just the type of corporation SURG has been targeting as a major provider for OASiS. Now with US Surgical being bought out I feel that the
relationship SURG have developed with USSC positions them nicely into structure / recogniton of a much larger deal with Tyco.. Tyco has as we all know a wide array of healthcare companies.

Now, instead of an only deal with USSC, we can probably look forward to a hospital-wide deal with Tyco was the resting is completed..

TYCO is an aggressively moving for in the medical industry and has completed 80 buy-outs over the past few years; 6.6 billion in revenues last year alone.

I believe this buyout may in fact strengthen SURG's chances tp negotiate in major healthcare contracts with the ability to bundle its current products with Tyco's products. Shoot most of Tyco's companies need an inservicing and training presence throughout the hospital.

Now again we still have an unfair advantage just looks like a bigger player.
