Your own words betray you and your understanding of this company. Do I know how reverse splits work? Yes, and it was unfortunate that he suggested such, although personally I think that it would have been a good idea at a different time. Do I know about unissued shares after a reverse? Yes, and as some people say, if you like the stock, you'll love the warrants. Have I ever seen an audited financial statement. Yes, but not from this company, but I hope to. If you had done your own due diligence you would know the reasons why the audited financial statements were delayed. Am I having a dream? I don't think so. The planet I am on is the one where there is value in a stock with tremendous upside potential. If you want to knock the sector comparison I have, I welcome you to. Even at minimal industry average net income, even with a higher SG&A, etc., etc., every other company in the sector with revenues under $100MM has a higher valuation point than this one. The only thing missing is the credibility which hopefully will be restored. Am I interested in due diligence? Yes, and if you keep on acting like the chicken that you are, I will fight you every step of the way. Your responses are unintelligent, tangential, and some times down right stupid.
