As to special treatment you said; Prayer and the Gospel is the preferential treatment that all Israel is deserving of and all who are outside of the body of Messiah to the ends of the earth. I would just say that bringing the good news to all people,is our commission. We were commanded to do such by Christ. This is the love of and will of our Father within us, and to me that is not special treatment for anybody, just love and sharing the good news with all. But I do think I know what you mean.
