DELL is also the first to really feel the hit when the dollar falls despite some hedging that they do. Hedging costs a LOT more when $$ falls and it's impossible to hedge completely.

Right now the dollar looks pretty sick and thus so does DELL.

Entrance strategy.

I would not get into a short position at the open. I would look for your entry point about 1 to 1 1/2 hour after open FWIW.

Look to cover when the kiddies on the other thread start to get scared

My model tells me to cover if DELL hits $79 today. But it is holding up pretty well around $82. It's bouncing off shorter run Bollinger bands. The target price will be different tomorrow depending on what does happen today.
