Good point, Hal.

For its instructional value, I think that it is a good idea to point this out, and make that distinction.

I've been asked which is faster, ADSL or Frame Relay more than once. This one gets a little tricky in intramural settings, when DSL could actually be construed as end to end, in the same calling area, but in the larger context of wide area reach, they are not in the same category, like you state.
